Problem 1: Compliance with OSHA and Local Health Codes
Failure to provide adequate sanitation on a job site can lead to massive fines and work stoppages. In Sandy, OR, OSHA 1926.51(c)(1) requires specific ratios of toilets to employees. B2R acts as your compliance partner, calculating the exact number of units you need based on your crew size to keep your site legal and safe.
Problem 2: Odor Control During Hot Sandy, OR Summers
The humidity in the Maumee River valley can exacerbate odor issues in portable toilets. We use premium, biodegradable deodorizers and high-frequency servicing schedules during the peak of summer to ensure your units remain fresh, even during a week-long heatwave.
Problem 3: Site Placement and Accessibility
Many Sandy neighborhoods, especially historic areas like Collingwood, have narrow streets and limited space. Our delivery experts are masters of "tight-spot placement," ensuring that your porta potty is accessible for servicing while staying out of the way of traffic and neighbors.
Our service footprint extends far beyond the city limits of Sandy. We are proud to provide waste management and sanitation solutions to the following communities:
Pro Tip for Sandy Project Managers: Always check if your project falls within the Lucas County Regional Health District jurisdiction, as specific temporary event permits may be required for portable sanitation.
Q: How many porta potties do I need for my event in Sandy?
A: A general rule of thumb is one unit per 50 guests for a 4-hour event. If alcohol is being served, we recommend increasing that number by 20%. For construction, OSHA requires one unit for every 20 workers.
Q: What is the lead time for a rental in the 43604 area?
A: While we often accommodate next-day requests, we recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee your preferred delivery window, especially during the busy summer festival season in Downtown Sandy.
Q: Do you offer long-term rentals for industrial sites in Sandy, OR?
A: Yes! We offer discounted monthly rates for long-term rentals, which include weekly professional servicing and cleaning.
Q: Can a porta potty be placed on the street in Sandy?
A: Usually, you need a "Right of Way" permit from the City of Sandy to place a unit on a public street. We recommend placing units on private property (like a driveway or yard) to avoid these permit fees.
